As a half-Eifel resident, I am burdened! My mother came from the beautiful Bitburger Gutland, more precisely from Sülm and so I know all the neighboring towns such as Scharfbillig, Röhl or Idenheim. Meilbrück is also on this card of the heart, where we ate wonderfully at Schillings! At lunchtime we were served wonderfully calmly. Nice! A schnapps at the end, a Williams pear, unfortunately no nails pear from the region - the only drawback (if at all!). I bet that next time this Eifel icon will also be on the menu ...

The food and drinks were delicious. You also sat outside nicely. However, everything had a bad aftertaste: our table was not disinfected, our seat cushions on the chairs were very dirty, there was no disinfectant on the toilet for either men or women, the waiter was not exactly the friendliest and not to mention the boss. I believe that only the elect are welcomed. As the Schilling is praised, unfortunately, these things do not fit. What a shame....

We were here for dinner for the first time. In beautiful summer weather we were spoiled with culinary delights in the beer garden. The quality of the dishes was just as excellent as the preparation and presentation. The service absolutely top, and all at very fair prices. Highly recommended.

Very good food, very friendly service, Price corresponds to the good quality of the food. Have your own gin that is delicious. I can only recommend it. At the moment a reservation is mandatory. ??

Yesterday we were with 3 friends for the first time at Schilling. I had heard something about this restaurant and was not disappointed. The wait staff and the food were very good. The price-performance ratio was right. We were in the beer garden yesterday. Very cozy, with many beautiful details, lovingly designed. Finally comfortable chairs, which is a rarity outdoors. We will definitely be back. What should also be mentioned are the parking spaces, which are in sufficient quantity directly in front of the restaurant.

Simply a great ambience and great cuisine. Total enthusiasm. Top Info: Smoking is no longer permitted, only after 10 p.m. I think it's great when there is a positive reaction to criticism. Kudos to the team

I always stop by schilling when I am driving by Bitburg. The location just by the petrol station might not be the best but in the summer it has a very nice garden in the back. The interior is also very nice but the most interesting part is the menu which is a combination of Italian, German and Asian dishes. You might think that is a recipe for disaster, as I did, but they can actually deliver on the three cuisines. During my several stops here I tried the Italian ravioli, the burger, the dim sum, the flemish pizza and the garlic prawns. I was satisfied with all of them and I am quite a picky eater :).

Service was sloe and the food was tasteless,although there was nice environment.

On the way through we were surprised by the food and drinks of this inconspicuous looking restaurant very positive. Small fine menu, interesting dishes and all tasted great! The gin card is awesome, you should have tried every time ?
